How to make almond mylk
- the shortcut way 🙂
PREPARATION: The night before: Place 1 cup of blanched almonds into a glass jar and cover with filtered water.
Leave to soak overnight
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup of almonds
* note: if they aren’t blanched you will likely need a mylk bag to strain the pulp
- 4 cups of filtered water
- A pinch of himalayan salt OPTIONAL:
- 1 medjool date
- A pinch of organic pure vanilla powder
METHOD:
Blend and see the goodness turn into delicious creamy mylk!
Can be store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days
