A frequent question I am asked by my clients, family and friends is: how do you get your family to consume bone broth? This question inspired me to share with you my top 5 ways i sneak into our family's diet daily 🙂

5 ways to include Bone Broth daily:
- Sneak it into your smoothies 🙂 * Tip: after I make my weekly batch of bone broth, I fill 1 ice cube tray and allow it to set in the freezer. This makes adding the broth to smoothies easy and accessible 🙂 Another idea: If you have any left over smoothie mixture, or have found a smoothie you love, you can always place the smoothie into ice pop moulds. Place them into the freezer for a great healthy dessert. Perfect option on a hot summers day- my girls love these! You can find my bone broth recipe here
- The ultimate soup stock: say goodbye packaged stock cubes why not add your bone broth to some filtered hot water. Add your herbs, spices and favourite veggies for a wholesome ‘quick to make’ soup
- Any sauce base: whether its bolognese, stir fry, casseroles, or a meat dish, bone broth is always the secret ingredient. It makes a great base and is an awesome way to sneak extra nourishment into your meals
- Porridge or chia puddings: generally full of creaminess and flavour! I find hiding a couple of Tablespoons is easy and no one notices the difference 🙂
- A cup of soup: add a couple of table spoons or a cube of bone broth to a mug with some filtered hot water. With a fresh squeeze of lemon juice, you have a hug in a mug to start your day. This makes a beautiful warming snack mid afternoon as well
